It doesn't fit or you don't like it? Even though we are constantly improving our item descriptions, images and size advice, it sometimes happens that a product does not fit.
You can take 14 days to inspect the item thoroughly. Within these 14 days you can return the item without any problems (all information on the right of return). Worn, soiled and washed clothing/shoes are excluded from this and cannot be exchanged or returned.
For customers from Germany, returns are free of charge from a return value of EUR 50! Please note that only one return per order is free of charge.
Three simple steps - how returns work.
Your statutory right of cancellation is not affected by this, but the following procedure makes it easier for us to process your return.
Fill in the form & pack the goods
You can easily register your return in our returns portal. There you create a cancellation form and receive a DHL return label with which the order can be sent back to us. Please pack the return carefully in our original packaging or your own sturdy cardboard box and enclose the cancellation form.Sending goods
For parcels sent to Germany: Under 50 € return value please stamp the parcel sufficiently and send it to: BMS Sailing Wear GmbH, Am Sandtorkai 25-26, 20457 Hamburg-Speicherstadt - Germany. You can also use our returns label. We will then charge EUR 4.90. If the value of your return exceeds €50, you can have a DHL return label created free of charge.
YOU DON'T HAVE A PRINTER, NO PROBLEM!
There is a QR code on the return label that you receive by email. Using the QR code provided by DHL, you can go directly to one of the 24,000 DHL branches and 3,700 DHL parcel stations, print out the return label there and have the parcel sent back. You no longer need to have your own printer. Alternatively, it is possible to have the label printed out by the DHL parcel deliverer directly at home as part of a parcel delivery. The delivery person then takes the parcel with them directly. In both cases, the QR code is scanned from the smartphone display, a return label is printed out and a confirmation of posting is sent to you.
As a customer from other European countries, you must frank the parcel at your own expense. Frank the parcel sufficiently and send it to: BMS Sailing Wear GmbH, Am Sandtorkai 25-26, 20457 Hamburg-Speicherstadt - Germany Please do not send the goods carriage forward, otherwise we will have to deduct the postage incurred from your credit note.You will get your money back
You will be refunded the amount you paid according to your payment method.
New order instead of exchange
To ensure that our stock is as high and up-to-date as possible, we are unfortunately no longer able to offer exchanges. If you would like to order an item in a different colour or size, please return the unwanted item to us as normal and place a new order. This will ensure that you receive the replacement item much faster!

Transport damage
In the event of transport damage, you will of course receive a replacement immediately. Please check that your consignment is complete and undamaged as soon as you receive it and, if possible, have any damage noted by the transport service provider immediately upon receipt. Then please inform our team of the damage by calling Contact or 040-3743567. We can then process the refund or exchange of your order immediately. Failure to make a complaint or contact us has no consequences for your statutory warranty rights. However, you will help us to assert our own claims against the carrier or the transport insurance company.
